Henan HANDA Research Institute of Mechanics and Electronics is an scientific research institute, established by document of the science and technology committee of Henan in January 1999. The registered capital is 5, 100, 000 yuan. It's a member of China Light and Electronic Society. It possess the qualification of grade four in computer information system integration of the National Information System Department, and the qualification of grade three in security technology prevention of Henan Public Security Department.

It's also a corporation which undertakes scientific and technological projects of Henan province. It mainly engaged in researching, developing and popularing the new material, technology and products. Such as: LED electronic screen, LED miner's lamp, computer software development and network engineering, protective warning network and video monitoring etc.

Since it's established, Henan HANDA Research Institute of Mechanics and Electronics has developed 29 scientific and research achievements, including: LED electronic screen, LED miner's products, computer information system integration technology, wireless frequency modulation aptitudinal broadcast and closed-circuit addressable broadcast technology protective, warning network and video monitoring etc.
