Zhongshan Changlong Electrical was founded in 1999 as a professional manufacturer of grille lights, office pendant light fixture, downlight and LED fixtures, which are widely used in decorating malls, hospitals, offices, airport terminals, schools and other areas. They are exported to Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia and other areas worldwide.
Our factory covers an area of 14, 000 square meters, with standard workshops for pressing, powder painting, butt jointing and assembly manned by 200 workers. We have over 3, 000 sets of tooling machines, 100 punching machines, milling machines, grinding machines and grinding lathes that can turn out 20, 000 downlights, 20, 000 frame lights and 30, 000 grille lights monthly. Our delivery lead time for 20-foot GP takes 12 to 20 days.
We have three R&D staff with six to 10 years of experience. They have the ability to create three new products and finish customized samples in two weeks.
With more than six years of experience, our two QC staff strictly inspect each item to ensure high quality. We conduct strict ICQ, random and line inspections. For finished products, we conduct electric strength and power-on tests according to national standards. Non-confirming products are not allowed to be delivered. Because of their meticulousness, we have passed ISO 9001: 2008 certification and obtained CE, RoHS and CCC approvals for our products. Moreover, we provide a three-year warranty for your added assurance.
