Zhuzhou Chonche New-Lamp Sci & Tech industry Co., Ltd., located in Tiantai High-Tech Park, Tianyuan District, Zhuzhou, Hunan (China National High-Tech Development Zone), was founded in 1998. Our company consists of two business departments: Lamp business dept. And international trading business dept.

Our company has a team with over ten years of experience in auto lamp manufacturing and international trading. After years of cooperation with American and European lighting experts, the team has accumulated experience in the production and R&D of domestic and overseas lamps. Our company has developed series of LED auto lamps, including turn, stop, back-up, marker, clearance & identification tail lamps, license lamps, combination lamps and LED lighting for other special use. Our company is mainly engaged in trading LED auto lamps and LED products. The international sales department branches out the featured products: Locomotive parts, spark plugs and cemented carbide works.

Our company is equipped with complete machines for production and testing. Main production equipment includes transistor high-frequency induction melt welding machines, ultrasonic welding machines, large and medium injection machines, lamp assembly lines, CAD/CAM machining centers, coordinate laser measuring instruments, precision measuring devices and others. Test equipment is as follows: Reflector testers, photometric colorimetric systems for lamps on vehicles, integrating spheres, LED lighting testers, temperature alternating cabinets, ageing testers, salt spray testers, water spray testers and vibration testers.

Our company attaches importance to product quality and process control. Our lighting products are produced according to customers' local standards, for example, we produce lighting for American customers under FMVSS108/C and CMVSS108, European customers under ECE, and Chinese customers under GB standards for indexes like photometric performance, light color, anti-vibration, temperature feature and leak-proof quality.
