Founded in 2003, Yuansu Plastic & Metal Products specializes in designing, producing and exporting strollers, buggies, travel beds, bouncers, pet strollers, metal and plastic molds, and other plastic and metal products, which are exported to Europe, the US, Japan and South Korea.
Our 15, 000-square-meter factory has a molding workshop and many automated equipment, such as CNC, EDM, turret lathes, CNC lathes, injection molding machines, high velocity RAM machines, sewing machines and riveting machines. Supported by 300 workers, we have a monthly output of 10, 000 units.
All of our products are manufactured under our strict quality control management. Other operations such as raw material sourcing, processing and packaging are also conducted under our strict control. Thus, our products meet CCC, EN 1888, EN 12790, EN 12227, EN 716, ASTM F833 and ASTM 406 standards.
Our 20-member design team is LED by a designer with 10 years of experience in this line. We invest 22 percent of our sales revenue in R&D every year and release two new designs monthly to offer you a wider selection.
