Dongguan Youfeng Industrial Co., Ltd. Which is formerly known as (Dongguan Hongfeng Plastic Products Factory), was established in 2000. The factory is located in Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, with an area of 9, 000 square meters, it's a professional manufacturer of EVA bag/case and various types of high-end packaging products. Staffed with more than 300 employees, in which are a number of engineers, technicians who love EVA packing deeply and have engaged in EVA hot-press molding work for many years.
No matter from the cost control, proofing speed, production capacity, or product quality, they all can meet the production requirements of large orders. The daily output of a single product can reach to 30, 000PCS. In terms of process flow, the factory has matured and mastered the hot-press molding process for materials such as EVA, high foam, foam, PE board, PP board, ABS, SBR, and EPE. The shell fabric and lining materials are mostly used with hot-pressed PUs, Patchwork, Nylon, Lycra, Edge Lun cloth, umbrella cloth, BK cloth, cloth towels and so on. The hot-pressed products have been widely used in school bags, speaker packages, trolley cases, backpack, back cushions, ice packs, pencil cases, glasses cases, camera cases, CD cases, mobile phone cases, sports protective gear, EVA toys, EVA Masks and other fields. Matched with the products well and filled with the high-end and luxury.
