KOV owns a professional engineers team, which is located in Guangzhou, the capital city of Guangdong province, the center of electronic-digital products in Pearl River Delta of China. In 2008, KOV and SCUD invested a joint venture, SCUD(Guangzhou) Digital Technology Limited. The new production base is founded on Xiamao Industry Park with over 30000 square area, produces Bluetooth and mobile phone battery. It has the advanced production and test equipments at present, which helps KOV increasing its exportation, meantime helps the sales in domestic market.
