The rhombus-shaped coating insulation paper is the insulation paper coated in rhombus shape with epoxy resin. It can be used for turn insulation and interlayer insulation of coil conductors of oil immersed power transformers. Through winding/curing, the insulation paper can protect all layers from moving and ensure the stable electric and mechanic performance of the product's insulation structure.

The rhombus-shaped coating insulation paper is made through coating special epoxy resin on polyester film and baking to insulation material in semi-solid phase. As its resin coating is not integral but DOT, the uncoated channel is good for the air in the insulation material to be exhausted and the liquid to immerse, and the damage of corona and partial discharge can be limited to the least. The insulation paper can be used for interlayer insulation of gas or oil insulation system, and turn insulation and interlayer insulation of sulfur hexafluoride mutual inductors and transformers.

The grade F DMD epoxy prepreg material made through compounding polyester film and polyester fiber nonwoven fabric by grade F heat resistant adhesive and immersing heat resistant epoxy resin and baking. All the special resins and auxiliaries are made in the US (DOM), the UK (SHELL) or Germany. Featured by smooth surface and stable performance, the product can firmly stick to copper foil and aluminum foil. When encysted with copper/aluminum foils, the low molecule is rarely volatilized during vacuum drying, so there will not have partial discharge caused by pinholes generated in sections because of bubbles produced in condensate or low shrinkage. The product excels its like products in appearance, quality and mechanical and electric performances. It is an ideal slot/turn/interlayer insulation material for dry-type power transformers, reactors and other motors.

The aluminum foil shielding paper is a new-type material made of high density insulation paper and high purity aluminum foil compounded by special adhesive and technique, mainly used for ground screen, static shielding layer and coil conductor of transformers, mutual inductors and reactors. It improves electromagnetic field distribution, reduces partial discharge, enhances insulation, reduces loss, increases safety and reliability, filling domestic blanks and reaching advanced international level. It is an ideal new-type shielding insulation material for domestic high voltage electric appliances.
