Affiliated to ENN Group, Xinneng (Zhangjiagang) Energy Co., Ltd was founded in March of 2007 and located in Yangtze International Chemical Park of Zhangjiagang Bonded Area. Its total investment is USD 80 million with registered capital of USD 26.68 million. For the share ownership, Xinneng Investment Group Co., Ltd takes up 5%, JOMAX Investment Co., Ltd takes up 20%, and Hebei Veyong Bio-Chemical Co. Ltd takes up 75%. The company has over 130 employees up till now.
The design capacity of Xinneng (Zhangjiagang) Energy Co., Ltd is 1 million tons/a of DME with total area of 140, 000 m2. The first phase is a 200, 000 t/a DME facility, which was put into operation in October of 2007, and has been running stably till now. In order to explore DME application field, the company set up a 50, 000 t/a aerosol grade DME facility in January of 2009. The product can be widely applied in the fields of foaming agent, insecticide and air freshening agent, etc. Currently, the company applies new type methanol gasification and DME purification and separation patent technology, which saves energy by over 20% compared with similar domestic industrial facilities, and our production technology is in the leading position in China.
