We know winch spooling device operation rule and design key. If you provide the distance between two flanges of drum and the diameter of rope and the diameter of spooling shaft to us, we can design the pawl travel distance, pitch, turns, under-cut, driving ratio of chain transmission for you. Besides the standard pitches we can also process many non-standard pitches to meet the design requirements. The material of shafts is AISI 4140, HB 240-270 or according to the customer's individual specification.
We can also design and make the spooling pawls for you. The pawl will be designed and made according to the reverse groove of spooling shaft. The pawls that we made will fit the spooling shaft well and will not need to be manual dressed and grinded when you assemble the winch. The material of pawls is C95500 oraccording to the customer's individual specification.
