In 1999 - WestRiver Weaving Factory was established in Taizhou, Zhejiang province in China, and started manufacturing webbings for slings and tiedowns. Because of fast development of Chinese fabrication industry and cargo transportation industry, synthetic sling market and cargo tiedown market grew dramatically in China during the period from 1999 to 2005. WestRiver Weaving has been growing as OEM manufacturer as fast as the trend.
In 2001 - It expanded to producing complete webbing slings and round slings.
In 2002 - It acquired a hardware factory for better quality control of its web tiedown assemblies product line.
In 2003 - WestRiver Weaving started exporting to the US and Canada OEM market through trading agencies, and has quickly expanded to European and Australian OEM market, and later entered South America and South Africa.
In 2005 - WestRiver Weaving launched its international department office in Ningbo city in China, and started exporting to overseas distributors directly.
