Our company is a garment manufacturer and wholesaler that supplies a broad range of denim apparels. Our business associates are in more than 10 countries and regions including America, Europe and Southeast Asia. Employing approximately 700 people, located in Jun'an, Shunde, Guangdong, we produce around 3, 600, 000 pieces a year.
As we have Brother and Juki sewing machines in our factory, we are able to adjust our machinery to each product and tune it for optimum performance. Furthermore, we utilize Lectra workstations to produce patterns, grades and markers, all of which are based upon designs and specifications provided by our customers.
We specialize in the manufacture of woven clothing, including jeans, shorts, jackets and skirts. Order sizes vary widely, from 600 garments per order to between 1, 200 and 30, 000 pieces per style.
Quality is the key within our company and we insist on the use of a quality assurance process that includes measurable standards, in line inspection and final inspection to meet the evolving requirements of our market. We commit to fully complying with all requirements from our customers and this is a decisive factor in our customer approach.
Our abundant experience has allowed us to understand customers' expectations of super quality and timely delivery, and we have always committed to meeting these prerequisites. As a result, we have been successful in building an international business network in the USA, Italy, the UK, Poland, the Middle East and some Asian countries like Malaysia. We export 60% of our products to overseas market and we sell the rest 40% in our chain stores at home.
To concrete our commitment to quality, we have received ISO9001: 2001 quality management system certification. We ensure that our employees are properly qualified to fulfill their assigned tasks and we also undertake that all of our staff members are aware of the processes within our quality control regulations.
