Luoyang Liushi Mojv Co., Ltd, is the famous mold maker in China, our plant size is up to 18000 square meters, we have office building up to 3600 m² & the work is up to 9000 square meters.
We have manufacture many kinds of mold, such as: Automatic moulding line, mold for moulding machine and frock clamp, lost foam mold, iron sand mold, green sand mold, aluminum alloy mold for gravity casting, hot box mold, cold box mold, manually self-hardening sand mold, plastic connector mold and so on. Our molds are used in transportation, agricultural equipment, engineering machinery, water conservancy facilities, aerospace, chemical machinery, ocean transportation and so on.
We have 6 sets high speed CNC milling machine from Hass, DMG and Hartford; Also have 16 sets large gantry machining center; 28 sets general processing equipment, 3 sets core shooter machine, 1 set three coordinate measuring machine, 1 set spectrum analyzer. Our output is around 1000 sets mold per year.
We have 26 professional mold designers, we are using CAD/CAM/CAE/CAID and other design software to do the 3D modeling, mold design, CNC programming, casting process analysis, reverse engineering, by these method we can ensure the best mold structure, least mold manufacture time and the highest casting process. We have 30 senior fitter technicians; Each of them has been in mold casting position for many years, they have abundant professional knowledge and high assembly skills, to ensure produce high precision and easy operating mold
