Our group owns fixed total assets of 25, 000, 000 US dollars, covers plant area of 38, 000 square meters, including standard clean room area of 12, 000 square meters. We are a professional team with more than 1500 producing staff, 88 research and management staff, and have a lot of advanced SMD, AI automatic equipments, total 20 producing lines, testing, aging and fixing machines. The capacity of SMD can up to 2, 000, 000PCS/day, accuracy is 0.01mm, the capacity of AI upright can up to 1, 500, 000PCS/day, and the capacity of AI horizontal can also up to 1, 500, 000PCS/day. The group currently can produce ballasts up to 1, 500, 000PCS/day, in PCBA area, we set 18 high-speed and high-precision SMD lines, as well as 8 MS lines. At present, the capacity of 32 DIY lines and producing glass tube respectively up to 800, 000PCS/day and 150, 000PCS/day. We have been provided OEM&ODM services for many famous companies in the world, and our products are exported to Europe, USA, Australia, Asia, Africa and Middle East.
