Dongguan Sunshine Tinbox Co., Ltd. Is an integrated metal packaging enterprise with tin product frame designing, tinplate printing, mould / tooling design & development, and tin box manufacturing. Our products are widely applied in the packaging of food, gift, health-care products and so on.
The company possesses a manufacturing space over 8, 000 squire meters. More than 200 sets of machinery were installed in 10 production lines. The company owns over 400 sets of moulds, and employed over 400 staffs. Our production capacity is more than 30 million various cans per year.
We also have a tinplate printing factory with about 10, 000 squire meters of working area. There are two tinplate printing lines and one coating line. The tinplate printing machinery is equipped with advanced "Alcohol Rolling" System. Various advanced filming and molding equipments, over 80 technicians make this factory one of the best and largest tinplate printing factories in Dongguan.
The mould department of our factory possesses enriched mould design, development and manufacturing experiences and capabilities. It has more than 100 technicians, and advanced facilities. It can provide both metal moulds and plastic moulds to produce any new samples for our own R&D department and customers in a timely manner.
