Our factory is located at No. 1887, Yatai Road, Wenyan Town, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, covering 25, 000 square meters. The factory has 3 blocks of garden workshop, covering 4, 000 square meters. Our annual output capacity is 7, 200, 000 units of LED light-source and 2, 000, 000 units of LED lighting fixture. More than 50% of our employees are masters and bachelors. Our company has established strategic cooperation with OSRAM and other large lighting manufacturers, as well as famous domestic universities. Therefore, we have an enterprise technological consultant team formed by professors and graduate students, to provide technological support. Our company pays attention to product development. Therefore, we have employed a first-class design team. Our R&D Dept. Has 22 professional designers, who have more than 10 years' experience. They are capable to effectively comprehensively apply technologies in optics, heat radiation, structure, configuration, electronics, control, lighting, and etc., to provide the best products and services for you. We have invested RMB20 million to establish a large-scale enterprise technological developing center, a CNC processing center, a national grade standard laboratory, and a SMT & SMD center. We also have 2 automatic packing and aging lines, several imported SMDs, automatic printers, reflow soldering welders, wave soldering welders, automatic CNC lathes, light distribution testers, optical-electric-chromatic integrated systems, mechanical vibration tables, salt spray testing chambers, and etc. By far, our company has been authorized by ISO9000: 2008 Quality System Certificate.
