The factory is located in Dongguan covering 260, 000 square meters area and more than 4, 500 skilled workers. A new building has been built for TV production in 2007. The factory possess of the international standard product lines, (1 Pilot Run line, 2 TV lines, 6 SMT lines, 8 Toys lines, 14 DVD lines, 22 Assembly lines, 30PCBA lines) and equipped the most advanced equipments, provide a large, reliable produce capacity and high quality, in this way we make the world first class manufacture with millions produce capacity every year.
Since Contel has been built, Contel adopt the high start point of developing strategy to improve the innovation ability in science and technology. Contel has large, strong and experienced R & D team, possess great technology to build the cooperation ship with the world famous R & D institutions. Powerful independent research and development ability is the key of Contel Group rapidly development. TTM (time to time) and TTR (time to response) is the target of Contel Group, it's carrying on the systematic product reach and development management system actively, set up a market style technology and innovation system. At present there are 15 kinds of products have obtain the patents certificate which was award by the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) of the People's Republic of China. In the 2006 Consumer Electronics Exhibition, Contel obtained the "2006 China Consumer Electronics Design Award" for the 1080P HIGH DEFINITION NET MEDIA PLAYER.
Contel passed the examination of ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and got the certificates. Contel built the ERP management system, and the products got CE, RoHS, UL, CUL, FCC, FDA and TUV/GS certificates, export more than 40 countries and regions, such as: Europe, North America, South America, and Japan etc. Contel Corporation won the good reputations of the international markets.
