The company have two production bases in Xi'an, One is located in the East Hi-tech development zone to produce high precision diamond cutting blades, that is including metal sintered diamond blades and resin bonded diamond blades. All of our blades have passed ISO9001 aptitude certificate and Spansion certificate in semiconducter processing fields. Our second production base is in the Changan Sience And Technology Industrial Park, which is mainly producing all typs of electrodeposited diamond tools, such diamond points, diamond gringding wheels, diamond needle files and dimond paste etc. Both bases are almost covered all diamond tools for high precision processing fileds.
The company have 15 experts in developing and improving the craftship. After many years of efforts, the products have beed widerly used for processing of semiconductor materials, semiconductor packages, magnetic materials, metal material, optical glass material and ceramic material etc. And have got good reputations from our clients all over of world.
