With 12 years of experience in scales, Enlighting Industrial Company Limited had a new workshop set up in 2005. The workshop covers 5000 square meters of green environment for easy working condition. It has three assembly lines especially for electronic scale. About 1500-2000 pieces of scales coming out from each line per day. We have 4 plastic injection machines for our scale plastic housing.

We have strong development ability. Our technician department is experienced in software development, electric project as well as design development. There are about 8 new models coming out per year in our factory.
There is a quite strict quality control system in our factory for covering material supplier evaluation, incoming material inspection and evaluation, material classification, warehouse storage as well as production quality control. We pay much attention to the paper works analysis which is helpful to quality control as to experience. We have separate testing room with longevity test, temperature test, weight test, sensor test and module test for each new product and shipment. And a separate QC room for random quality inspection for each shipment. In order to ensure our products are RoHS compliance, we sent our electronic products series shipment sample to be tested in TUV and got RoHS certificate for our products, and also fot CE and EMC from SGS.
