CIGSSe (Copper, Indium, Gallium, Sulphide and Selenium) thin film solar module, our leading products currently, of which the basis is direct bandgap compound semiconductor material composited with some metallic element such as Copper, Indium, Gallium and so on. This product has the highest efficiency among the thin film solar cells called the second generation photovoltaic technology. As its multi advantages in high efficiency, low cost and long life, this CIGSSe solar cell is known as efficient thin film solar cell which is most hopeful to low PV power generation cost. The project production capacity is planed 240MW in the future, the first 30MW production line will be put into production in the end of 2009.
Company invested a crystalline silicon solar module automatic line of which all the equipments is purchased from Europe. The production capacity is planned to be 80MW. Most products are selling to European market at present.
