Dongguang County Forecute Straw & Wicker crafts Factory is a professional plant materials handicrafts manufacturer. Our products include holiday decorations, apparel and personal accessories, home decorations and home supplies, most of them are produced by hand with pure plant materials such as straw, willow, rattan, raw cotton, etc.
Our factory is located in the development zone of Dongguang County, Hebei Province, China, where is a hometown of straw crafts and wicker crafts in China, and the working people here are intelligent and good at weaving, textile and embroidery. Our factory has the most excellent folk craftsmen and continuously develops and provides novel and exquisite handicrafts. At present, we have established good cooperative relations with hundreds of customers from abroad.
For internal management, we adopt a three-tier management model of "factory + farmer cooperatives + farmers". The workers in our factory are all local folk craftsmen who also work in agriculture when free. We divide craftsmen into different farmer cooperatives according to their different skills, while the production of farmer cooperatives is co-ordinate arranged by factory. The flexible employment system greatly reduces our labor cost and made our product prices are very competitive.
