We are Shandong Laiwu Jinlei Wind power technology Co, . Ltd, specializing in producing rotor shaft of wind power generator as well as other forging products, which can be applied to areas of energy, transmission, petrifaction, molding and ships ect, with registered capital of 30 million RMB, total assets of 270 million RMB.
Our qualification
Our company has 3 plants, forging plant, Heat treatment plant and Machining Plant. The total area of our company is 90000 square meters, including 30000 square meters for building area and 6, 000 square meters for building area and 6, 000 square meters for storage. Now there are 360 workers in our company, including 136 professional technicians and engineers.
The forging plant has one set of 4000 tons open die press machine, 50 tons forging manipulator, 10 sets of heating and heat treatment furnaces after forging, 2 sawing machines and all other equipments. The annual capacity is about 5000 tons.
The heat treatment plant applies advanced automatic temperature controlling system; The imported quenching liquid improves the hardening and tempering process based on science and technology. The temperature is equal and reasonable under the controlling of computer automatic system, which can guarantee the high properties of products. This plant has 4 heat treatment furnaces.
The machining plant establishes complete finished machining, packing and corrosion prevention design; The technique persons carry out each process strictly to meet the quality requirements. We are prepared to challenge the competitive market with the advanced machining equipments. This plant has CNC Boring-Milling Machines, CNC Horizontal Lathe, Deep Hole Boring Machine, Heavy duty Lathe, CNC Rolling grinder, CMM, Full Automatic Shot-Blasting Room, Painting Room and Drying Room.

We have passed through ISO 9001 International Quality System, OHSAS 18001 Safety System and ISO 14001 International Environmental System and CCS (China Classification Society) Authentications. The whole system is being complete and perfect.
