The Annual total output is 900, 000 tons and plan to be finished in three periods: The first period of the project including the power plant and sewage treatment plant had been finished on August 2005. The second phase project of 300, 000 tons of grey chip board is under building and is expected to put into production on June, 2010. The third phase project is under planning now.

The two production lines and six automatic reel paper laminators of the first phase stage can make the grey board from 300GSM to 1850GSM with various sizes in both sheets and reel. In the second phase projects, One paper machine with the width of 5600mm and two paper machines with the width of 3400mm, which is specially designed for making glossy grey board, shall be put into use and the paper machine with width 5600mm is of the most single production capacity in the world now.

All the production lines adopted the domestic famous paper making lines and Overseas advanced DCS, QCS to ensure stable and reliable parameter of all paper Making processes, providing high quality products. The mainly foreign suppliers Include ABB, AB, HONEY WELL, Siemens ect.
