Evaporator	Generally, the ordinary evaporator of Bundy Tube or Aluminum Tube has four joints which could be lead to perishable and leakage.	Rikon is the pioneer to design the entire evaporator completed by one brass tube and there's only one joints, without welding row, it greatly improve the efficiency and lifecycle of the evaporator and ensure the seal of refrigerant.
Condenser	The ordinary condenser are those that install on Bandy Tube with two connectors then weld up on the compressor, it could be lead to leakage.	Rikon cancel these two connectors, adopting aerospace welding process, the high frequency welding technology result in no welding row and stability enhanced, this is the least connectors design in global so far.
PCB box	If you want to repair the PCB of the ordinary wine cooler, you have to withdraw the wines and put the cooler down and then open up the box, wait another 30 minutes to reboot.	Rikon apply unique design of PCB isolation box result in two advantages: 1. Just pull out the box then repair or replace the PCB 2. Keep the PCB away from tough environment.
Bottom Panel	The base of the ordinary wine cooler consist of bottom panel of compressor, cover panel of condenser and front support panel, these tree panels are with different thickness and shape and have to fixed by trapping screws, which may fall off during long and bumpy transportation, we need to fill in large plastic form to prevent this issue but it consume large space.	In order to solve this problem, Rikon combine these three panels into one by applying laser cutting processing technique and using rivet for fastening, this well organized design already awarded national patent. Meanwhile, pulley and fixed foot are installed on the base for convenience usage.
"Iphone Plus" Door	/	Rikon also invent the "Iphone Plus"Door, which enable the glass and the door frame sustain in the same surface, it provide with better dust-proof performance and better appearance looking, the external glass tinted with grey color and the internal glass apply LOE for a better performance of heat isolation and it also UV-proof.
Theater Stage Spot Light	The LED display light in the ordinary cabinet would be a little bit harsh because of the fixed position and strong light reflection.	Rikon invent 360°theater stage spot light which able to irradiate wine bottle gently and reflect the label, you wouldn't see the strong light beam outside the cabinet and the light does not glare which make the cabinet looks more fashion and quality.
Foaming Layer	Adopting copper or aluminum connectors inside the foam layer are generally taken in the process of forming, the entire cabinet will be scrapped once leakage happened, even it's tiny one, you need to refill the refrigerant every one or two years which would increase the maintenance cost and harm your brand image.	Rikon apply capillary and air-return tube which without any connectors on form layers, prevent the entire cabinet from leakage issue, it reduce the cost of maintenance significantly and promote the brand power.
Double Defrost System	There's only one defrost system for most of the ordinary coolers, you need to call for maintenance if the system down.	Rikon apply two separated defrost system, it can switch one to another automatically if there's detected any damaged, that will definitely save time and maintenance cost, the stability performance is able to promote your brand power.
Slide Rail Track	The rail track of the drawer of the ordinary win cooler could be risk to slide out.	Rikon apply stronger track and take in better structure of the assembly to prevent such issue.
Shaded Pole Motor	/	Rikon also apply coaxial rubber for condenser motor, which able to absorb the vibration and lower the noise, it can also prolong the lifecycle.
LED Light	/	The LED light will be turn on or off gradually when the door got open or close, it makes the cabinet looks more elegant.
