I. Ultra-high Molecular Weight PE Fiber ("UHMWPE")
With self-owned intellectual property rights, the product adopts the production technology of Drying Spinning. With properties of light weight, high strength, resistance to strong acid and alkali, UV and organic solvents, etc., the product can be widely applied in the fields of military and police equipments, warships and vessels, offshore oil platforms, pelagic fishery and labor protection, etc.
Product range: 200D, 400D, 500D, 800D, 1000D, 1200D, 1500D, 2200D.
Compared with similar products in the market, the product is of fine denier and high strength, forming its unique advantages.
II. UHMWPE Covered Yarn
Covered with other fibres, the product can be used to produce anti-cut gloves and other fabrics. There are UHMWPE covered yarns of different anti-cut levels by EN388 standard: Anti-cut level 3, anti-cut level 4 and anti-cut level 5. Compared with similar products, UHMWPE covered yarn produced by YCFC has soft hand-feel and super properties of moisture absorption and permeability, while providing fine labor protection.
III. Unidirectional fabric
The UD fabric, produced from UHMWPE yarn and resin, has smooth and even fabric surface, compact and soft texture, light weight, and can resist water, moisture, chemical corrosion and ultraviolet radiation, etc. The UD fabric is used to produce bulletproof clothes, bulletproof helmets, explosion-proof products, protective armor plates and other impact-resistant composite materials. The product is tested by Military of Public Security and Test Center of Bulletproof Equipment of China Ordnance Industry, conforming to GA-141-2010 standard of Military of Public Security.
We can also provide customized bulletproof products based on different requirements on size, thickness, area density and softness.
4. UHMWPE Woven Fabric
The UHMWPE Woven Fabric, including warp knitted fabric, twill fabric, and plain fabric, etc, is produced from UHMWPE yarns by special technology. The product, with excellent properties of light weight, tear resistance, abrasion and cut resistance, etc., can be used to produce anti-cut materials such as anti-cut gloves, clothes and bags; Tear and abrasion resistant materials such as sports & protective clothes, helmets including bulletproof helmets, bulletproof PE plates, industrial fabrics, etc. The product can also be used to produce mechanic reinforced material and other reinforced composites.
Applications:
I. Ropes & Nets
With properties of high breaking strength, light weight, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and UV light induced aging resistance, UHMWPE Ropes & nets can be used in shipping industry, pelagic fishery, offshore oil platforms and land engineering such as towage, rigging, safety nets, oil-drilling ropes, etc. With light weight and high strength, hauling resistance of UHMWPE fishnets is 40% lower than ordinary fishnets, enabling lower fishnet breakage and high fish-catching efficiency.
II. Others
The UHMWPE fibre can also be widely applied in ultra-low temperature material, special filter material, tents, reinforced material for optical cables, superconducting insulation material, special reinforced building material, fast repair material for airport runway, non-woven fabrics, paper reinforced material and fibre reinforced composite boards, etc.
