We, Protech Mechanical Equipment Engineering Limited, are known as Protech, is professional in designing and manufacturing polyurethane machineries, including various non-standard foaming lines, laminating lines and PU sandwich panel production.

Founded in 2007, Protech has culculated a strong technology team featuring by its R&D performance, established solid cooperative partnership with international mage brands in line of polyurethane equipment manufacturing, leading by Bentz, BMW, Autoneum etc.

At this point, we are concentrated on researching, developing PU sandwich panels production and promotion while supported by technology proven high pressure foaming machine, low pressure rigid & flexible foaming machine, elastomer cating machine, laminating machine and all kinds of equipment involving in polyurethane production.

II. Preface of PU Foam Mould Carrier

Protech Mold Carriers are central components of molded foam lines. They carry the foaming molds, and can be operated in a stationary position or integrated into conveyor systems. Mold carriers open and close the molds, absorb process-related forces and turn the mold to positions that are both ergonomic for users and easily accessible to handling equipment. The differences between our various carrier systems lie mainly in the opening and locking mechanisms.

II. Introduction of PU sandwich pannel development.

With more than a decade's development in both developing polyurethane materials and foaming technology, we have accumulated rich experience in core foaming technology. Base on previous generation of refrigeration technology, we are pursuing and developing new technology in PU industry. Our efforts have been highly recognized, won us more than 10 patents.
