Through rapid expansion in the past few years, Prowell International now equipped with systematic manufacturing policy, experienced R&D, professional quality assurance team along with various precise manufacturing and testing machines.

In 2005, we obtained DNV ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification. So far, we have been certified by CB, UL, cUL, CE, GS, TUV, PSE, EK-MARK, SAA, CCC, CQC. To fulfill RoHS requirement, we have similar testing equipment as third party testing organization, including ICP, GC-MS and etc. Our ICP lab was built in 2005. GS-MS, UV and other testing equipment were purchased in 2007. Nowadays, our RoHS lab is capable to detect six kinds of RoHS restricted elements and other EU restricted substance, with the precision and test accuracy been approved by various countries.

From 2005 to 2010, Prowell Precision Technologies Dongguan Co., Ltd. Put a lot of resources on the expansion of production facilities and test equipment. Production capacity had been largely increased in this period owing to the increasing business with key clients. Through our expansion, we have setup more than 20 sets of SMT machines production line in 2016. New layout of SMT workshop in 2016 helps improve production yield massively.
