The autoclave is a key equipment for hot-pressing shaping of carbon fibers and resin matrix composites ( polyimide, bismaleimide, epoxy resin and thermoplastic resin matrices, etc. ), In fact, the quality of the product is obtained inside the autoclave reaching an increase of mechanical features up to 20-30% compared to other methods of polymerization.

The carbon fiber autoclave composite curing oven mainly used to the composite materials by high temperature and high pressure, such as space vehicle.It also can be applied to strengthen the carbon fiber,glass fiber etc.

Product details:

1.Our ram material is national goverment pointed famous steel factory and standard pressure vessel special plate--Q345R .Each steel is tested before leaving factory.It have good bear pressure.

2.Heating area is uniform,according to your working technology to design inside heating system,we have special design heating sink,it is arranged in the up side,bottom,left side and right side.

3.Autoclave usually adopt external insulation ,the galvanized sheet is welded around the tank (it wont rust within 10 years),inside are 80mm insulation cottom,heat insulation head add 60mm thermal insulation, then add fixed bolt .To make inside heating value can be used enough and reduce consumtion, save cost.
