As we know that from this year, in many countries incandescent bulb have been banned to sell, but there are lots of places need lamp which is dimmable for a lot of reasons, now normal energy saving or some other lamps all cannot replace the normal incandescent because they cannot be dimmable, Even LED products need to use special device to be dimmable.
