Located at the foot of the world heritage famous scenic mountains -- Huangshan, Huangshan Sanjia Yihua Precision Machine Co., Ltd. is a professional fin die manufacturer well known at home and abroad. Our leading products are dies of fins for household, industrial, and automobile air-conditioners, high speed progressive punching dies for motor stator and rotor also plastic injection molds, as well as various precision punching dies for industrial application and their spare parts. We also supply turnkey projects, stamping and forming equipments to air-conditioner and heat exchanger manufacturers.
We have a team of over 180 staff, including 60 professional engineers and 10 experts in this particular field. We are certified to ISO 9000 Quality Control System and equipped with world class precision processing apparatuses and machinery such as NC idling wire-cutters, coordinate grinders, optical curves grinders, vertical machining centers, micron-grade numerical control mold grinders, NC high-speed millers, surface grinder and many other processing machines. Our products are assured by accurate measuring and testing instruments such as trilinear coordinates measuring instruments, magnifying shape projectors, measure comparators and tool microscopes. We had successfully delivered fin dies for many world class air conditioner manufacturers with high accuracy of up to 200-280 s. P. M. And a useful life of 10-15 years.
