Ningbo MingDa Rubber&Metal Parts Factory is seated at Zhejiang Province Ningbo Cixi City of China. There is good transportation and beautiful environment. The factory was established in 2004. There is 1000 square meter, with about 80 employees. And 10 guns for the development of the technology and tooling design. It has achieved ISO 9000: 2000 certification and with company sales totaling of USD$800, 000 in 2009.
The rubber parts are Our factory's main field. We have the O rings, rubber ball, rubber cord, rubber sheet, rubber suction cups and all kinds of rubber parts. And the rubber material has NBR, Silicon, VITON, EPDM, ACM and so on. We can design and manufacture the tooling by ourselves according to the customer's sample or drawing. We have more than 13 machines for manufactureing the rubber parts.
And we can also provide the precision cutting products. Like SUS304/301/314, Brass, Phosphor bronze and other material metal parts. We have more than 10 CNC machines, and other 20 lathes.
Other products are all kinds of the press sring and pull sring in our factory.
