Kingpower aluminum industry Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest manufacturers of aluminum material in south jiangsu, with a leading position in both scale and technology. It is located in zhangjiagang, jiangsu, adjacent to zhangjiagang port and nantong port, with Shanghai in the east, jiangyin bridge over the yangtze river in the west, where it enjoys the prominent location with convenient water and land communication.
With total investment of over RMB 60 million, kingpower has two factories covering an area of over 70 mu (about 46, 666sq. M. ) and an architectural area of 36, 000sq. M. Totally, and more than forty medium-titled or senior engineers and experts. Kingpower is capable of producing diversified aluminum materials according to customer's drawing and samples, and performing independent research and design as well. With several patent technologies, kingpower has given birth to new products one after another.
Kingpower has advanced equipments, including two modern 10-ton aluminum smelters and an aluminum smelter made from special material, seven import extrusion equipments (500-2000tons), two sets of surface anodicoxidation treatment equipments, surface drawbench, polishing, and sandblasting equipments, as well as a full set of inspection equipments. Additionally, kingpower has set up workshops to cover mould development, founding, extrusion, coloration, oxidation, spraying, and fine machining to provide clients with all-round service from aluminum ingot to finished product, including surface treatment such as coloration, electrophoretic painting, powder spraying, etc, and deep processing techniques such as drilling, punching, planeng, milling and assembly, etc.
With an annual capacity of 12, 000tons, its products are mainly for industrial aluminum material and civil construction material. Thanks to their solid quality, complete spec, and rich colors, the products are well used in almost every field of work all over the country, even exported to Europe, America, Japan, south Korea, Middle East, southeast Asia, etc.
