Our rayon embroidery thread industry has realized the automation from dyeing lab, dyeing, drying, cone winding and packing, equipped with 60 sets of package dyeing & hank dyeing machines and 436 sets of cone winding machines made in England, Italy and Hong Kong, more than one thousand sets of accessory equipment, as well as high efficient auto-color-matching equipment made in Switzerland, radio-frequency driers, and auto-package lines. We have reached the annual production capacity of 30, 000 tons of dyed rayon embroidery threads, dyed rayon filament yarns, dyed folded rayon yarns and blended rayon knitted yarns.
