Our manufactory interested and specialized going in for designing, developing and producing Semiconductor Rectifiers, which including the Diode Rectifiers, Bridge Rectifiers, and Automotive rectifiers for more than 20 years since 1980.
Our manufactory is a nongovernmental business, and entirely managed by a fully experienced engineering and administration team who owned the experiences in the specialized filed of Semiconductor Rectifier and Automotive rectifiers for more than 30 years since 1973.
Kunsan Chenyi Semiconductor Fty offers its SZQ and ZQ series of automotive rectifiers suited to car generators. The devices feature improved resistance to high temperatures and shock, and have longer lifespan. The products have a junction temperature of 200C (min.) and withstand soldering temperatures up to 300C.
Our manufactory is also assessed and qualified by the ISO90001 Quality Guarantee System and USA UL Safety System in 2003.
