EASTECH is principally involved in both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) manufacturing. OEM customers provide EASTECH with the specifications and appearance design of products and EASTECH produces their products for them according to these requirements. For ODM manufacturing, EASTECH plans, develops and creates the design of the products and offers these products to customers. ODM products, once accepted by a customer, will be manufactured and sold under the customer's brand name.
Our technical competence is key to our success. Our business model emphasizes on designing innovative product solutions for our customers. We have more than 200 accomplished engineers (and more than 350 technical staff) in the areas of acoustic, hardware, software, firmware, systems integration, video processing, and wireless applications. Our technical centers are located in Taiwan (Taipei, Taoyuan and Hsien Tien City), China (Huiyang and Shenzhen) and Malaysia (Kedah).
