Precision casting department: Specializes in the manufacture of precision investment castings, such as all kinds of common carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, ductile cast iron etc., which are widely used in vehicles, metallurgy, mine, petroleum, agriculture, coal, marine, architectural machinery, medical and food machinery, automobile manufacture, machinery manufacture and so on. The company adopts gravity casting, pressure casting, low-pressure casting and sand casting and so on. The capacity is 120, 000tons for bronze and aluminum castings every year. 95% castings are being exported to North America, South Korea, Japan, Europe, Australia etc. Shunxin -creative has become a key production base for many sorts of castings production in NINGBO.
3-piece wheel: A special wheel manufacturer professionally in 3-piece wheel industry, which was established in 2004, targeting Auto after-sales market. We have a strong R&D team, designing and making a wide range of 3-piece wheel with 5 technology patents. In 2006, we passed ISO/TS16949. In 2007, we were appointed as a qualified OEM supplier for Porsche Inc., Bentley Motors etc and the sales will be expected to be twenty million US dollars by the end of 2007.
Motor: Produce various automobile Wiper Motor, Fan Motor, window regulator motor, starter motor etc and export to the country all over the world. And we are armed with powerful development capability towards new products. In 2003, we passed ISO/TS16949.
