We mainly manufacture concrete pump wear parts including spectacle wear plate, wear ring, s pipe valve, swing lever, wear sleeve, bearing bush, intermediate ring, pipe flange, clamp etc. Details are as following:
1. Tungsten carbide spectacle wear plates and wear rings: Including normal carbide type, 7 shape tungsten carbide type and duro 22 type. The pumping lifetime is about 30, 000cbm-80, 000 cbm depending on different designs and pumping situations.
Fitting to concrete pumps of Putzmeister, Schwing, Sany, Zoomlion, Sermac, Cifa, Kcp, Junjin, Everdigm, Hold, Kyokuto, IHI, Niigata, Mitsubishi, Dainong, Daeyoo, Aquarius, Jacon and shotcrete pumps.
2. S pipe valve and related S valve parts: Lifetime about 60, 000cbm to 80, 000cbm depending on the pumping situations.
Fitting to concrete pumps of Putzmeister, Schwing, Sany, Zoomlion, Sermac, Cifa, Kcp, Junjin, Everdigm, Hold, Kyokuto, Aquarius, Jacon and shotcrete pumps.
