Kingsunlight Optoelectronics is a high-tech enterprise dedicated in LED and LED application products, integrated research and development, manufacturing, technical support and service. Our products include LED tubes, panels, down lights, bulbs, spotlights, ceiling lights, and streetlights. We also offer high-power diodes in 0.5-100W and LED DIP diodes in the series of MD3528, SMD5050 and more.
Our 3, 000-square-meter factory has advanced production equipment such as automatic solid machines, wire bonders and cutting machines. These are manned by over 200 skilled workers, enabling us to produce 3, 000 LED tubes, and 5, 000 pieces for each category of LED bulbs, ceiling lights, down lights and spotlights per day. We are confident we can fulfill the volume orders of our buyers easily. In fact, our lead time is only seven to ten days.
To ensure the quality of our products, our raw materials are imported from Epistar LED from Taiwan. They are also strictly tested under IQC. Our encapsulation equipment has likewise been imported from South Korea. Furthermore, we employ 12 QC personnel and situate five QC personnel in each production line to ensure our products are produced under the FCC and CE standards and are complaint with the RoHS-Directive. Our products carry a three-year warranty. We are also ISO 9001: 2000-certified.
We currently have 20 R&D staff with an average of five years' experience in the LED industry. Every month, they develop five new products. They also assist clients with OEM and ODM projects. Our 20 overseas sales persons are all well-experienced in handling your inquiries. We carry a 1, 000-piece minimum order quantity policy. We look forward to hearing from you.
