Company Introduction:
1, HF Tech Co., Ltd is a manufacturer for metal punching, electronic product R&D and manufacture. We have our own R&D team with 20 engineers who are experts in tooling design, optical solution, electronics circuit arrangement, LED technology etc. There are more than 300 skillful employees working in three departments: Tooling design and metal part punching department; Electronics department and Plastic Injection department. Under complete Japanese style of factory running management, we have standard and efficient IQC, QC, QA system, ISO quality control system. Factory concentrates on the research and development of Eco-friendly lighting products.
2, Company development History
HF Tech Co., Ltd was established in 2001 doing metal parts punching.
In 2005, we invested two million dollar purchasing 3 brand-new punching machine and 6 metal processing lathes. We become one of main suppliers of a Japanese multinational corporation supplying them with precise-processing metal parts. And cooperate with companies from Germany, UK for tooling design and manufacturing. During that period, we've started investment to energy-saving lamps and set up assembly line for fluorescent T8 and T5. Soon we successfully got constant orders for these lamps with OEM services for domestic famous brands.
In 2008, we built up LED department.
In 2009, we found our own Plastic Injection workshop from tooling design to mass production.
In 2010, we imported SMT line, brand-new Reflow Soldering and Wave Soldering equipments to workshop.
In 2011, we set up new COB encapsulation workshop with closely working with LED chip suppliers such as Bridgelux from USA, Edison from Taiwan, realized our own COB LEDs from 7W to 35W in customized sizes at very high lumen output up to 120lm/W!
In 2012, our sales turnover achieved round 5 million US dollars, double than 2.5 million of 2011 in lighting products.
In 2013, we revalued our market strategy coming up new plan for future development. With self-owned product tooling and one-stop manufacture advantage, more competitive price will be shared with customers. Besides our OEM service, we will build up our own brand overseas for our products.
3, Main LED products:
Commercial Lighting, Residential Lighting, landscape Lighting, Atmosphere-Creation Lighting etc such as LED fluorescent tube, down light, spotlight lamp, panel, oyster lamp, PAR light, track light, flood light, high bay, flexible strips etc.
4, Our Unique advantages:
1)High brightness: 80-85lm/W LOR for products with frosted lens like LED Fluorescent Tubes, panels, oyster lamps; 70-75lm/W for our COB down light, 90-100lm/W for our high bay and flood light.
2)Quality guarantee: All our products are under 3-year warranty. Free repair or replacement will be provided if any quality problems during warranty period.
3)Equipped with tooling design, optics expert, we are capable of customized products for special performance, appearance or structure. Non-disclosure Agreement can be signed off on request.
