Shenzhen YU DA FU Electronic Co., Ltd is a professional consumer electronics manufacturer, we offer a wide range of electronic products including LCDTV & Monitor A/D board and SKD, DVD players, Mobile Phone, DVD recorders, Home Theatre systems, DVB-T, Digital Photo Album, Portable media players, MP3, etc.
The company started operation in 1999, now we have over 2, 000 skilled workers, over 100 staff, working and living inside our self owned industrial garden, a complex of office building, factory buildings, and dormitory.
We have 14 high speed high precision (FUJI and JUKI) SMT lines, with daily output of 35K PCBAs. Our SMT lines are capable of handling RoHS process for products exporting to Europe.
We have 4 whole machine assembly lines capable of 10K whole machine assembly per day. We have Optical PUH assembly lines to facilitate our in house DVD player production demand, so that all key components are made by ourselves to ensure better consistency and quality control.
