Ideal Garden Industry Co., Limited was founded in 2006. After about 5years' steady development, now we have 4 lasting lines and our total employees are more than 250. We export our products to the USA, Canada, Korea, Japan and some European countries. Our monthly output is 5000PCS. We have our own R&D team which made up of 2 designers, 1 stitching line and 1 last line. We design about 5 new styles and release about 300PCS of samples every month. We produce camping tent, beach tent, shower tent, beach chair, camping bed, sleeping bags, camping bags, backpack and a series of outdoor products.

We Sample turnaround for the old style is 3-7days and for the new style is about 15 days.

We believe quality is the life of our company. Our QC team inspects all raw materials and production processes. We arrange 1 QC for each stitching and 3 QC for each lasting line. All our out-put products must be 100% inspection from raw material to final packing. A series of machine are prepared to improve our working efficiency and guarantee our quality for example, Sewing Machine, Cutting cloth machine, Punching machines, cutting machines, Riveting device etc.

Full sets of test machine are available, including yellow-change-resisting testing machines, pulling force machines and abrasion-resisting testing machines. At the same time, we send test samples to the third party for formal test reports. Strict inspection for each process ensures that all products meet customers' requirements.
