I-Profile is a manufacturer of high quality custom plastic extrusions. We extrude a wide variety of profiles, tubes and hoses.
Our major markets and industries include: Point of Purchase (POP) and pricing display profiles as well as store fixtures, including price label holders, data-strips, co-extruded fasteners, ESL rails; IC shipping tubes or anti-static packing and handling tubes for semiconductors and sensitive electronic components; Custom plastic profiles and extrusions for industrial and commercial applications such as: Automotive, HVAC, construction and building, furniture and decorative and specialised window systems.
I-Profile manufactures all its extrusion dies in-house to guarantee the top quality of its products and discretion for its customers.
Our capabilities include co- and tri-extrusion, crosshead extrusion, processing of a wide variety of materials and compounds including hard thermoplastics, CAD/CAM assisted design; Specialised assembly and finishing, such as milling, drilling, punching, taping, colour matching.
