We are in Yancheng city, three and a half hours' driving away from Shanghai, China.

3. Do you have individual research and development department?
Yes, we have. We believes in technology and market oriented research. Every year, we will work out  a number of solutions to actual onsite application problems and develop brand new machines for our customers.

4. How can I trust your quality?
They enhance quality control throughout the manufacturing of our machines.
We have professional QCs. For each step of our machine production, there will be a team of QCs responsible for the inspection. Until  the item passes all the inspections can it go to the following step.
At the end of the machine assembling, a series of testings will be conducted. Unless the machine passes all the testings, we will not make delivery.
We guarantee our machines with one-year warranty. Usually, our customers use our machines for 5 years, 8 years and even 10 years.
Throughout the lifespan of our machines, the spare parts replacement will be at cost price.

5. How to operate the machine? We have not used such a machine before. We just want to expand our business and start a new line.
Pls do not worry! Almost 50% of our customers were in the same situation when buying first new machines. We have skillful and experienced follow up service staff who have worked out a whole package of solutions catering to the need of our customers like you. Besides, we have a team of technicians available for overseas machine installing, testing and operation instruction.
