Shanxi Xinchang Minmetals Forging & Casting Flanges Co., Ltd. which was initially named Shanxi Minmetals Dingxiang Flanges Company, is a synthetic Industrial and Trading Company. It mainly produce flanges, all kinds of other forgings and sorts of pipe fittings and valves. The factory is located in Dingxiang county of Shanxi province and it is far from the Capital city Taiyuan 100 kilometers. Both of the highway and the railway pass through the two places, so the traffic movement is very convenient. With the factory's continuous expansion in recent years, we have shaped a great scale intensive factory, and the total area of it has come to 18000 square meters, the building area is 6000 square meters, the number of sorts of manufacturing and testing equipments in large medium and small size is total 200 series, and there are workers 350 and technicians 38 in the factory.
We can produce and provide all kinds of products like ring-shaped, plate-shaped and barrel-shaped, the size of the products is from 1/2" to144". The main items flanges we provide can own the maximum size of outside diameter 6500mm, the maximum pressure 2500lb and the maximum weight of every piece 8000kg. We also can use the materials of carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel or the materials requested by customers to manufacturing sorts of flanges according to the standards of ANSI/ASMB16.5, API 605(ANSI B16.47 B), MSS SP44(ANSI B16.47 A), B16.36, AWWA C207, JIS B 2220, KR 1503, DIN PN 6/10/16/25/40, AS 2129/4087, UNI, EN 1092, ISO 7005, NF, BS 4504/10 and so on. Besides, we still can make flanges and other forgings according to the exact drawings or standards provided by our customers.
In order to control the products quality, our factory has already passed the Production System Certificate ISO 9002-2000 and the Material Certificate AD-MERKBLATTWO/TRD 100. The forging technology of our flanges and forgings is processing as the request of European Union PED (97/23/EC), and all the flanges products conform to the 3.1B Certificate of EN10204 or DIN50049.
Our factory has owned more than 20 years experience for manufacturing flanges, forgings and castings. The products we provide are widely used in the fields of oil, natural gas, chemical engineering, shipbuilding, wind-power generation, nuclear industry, heat supply, tap water, waste water management, pharmaceuticals, brewing, mining, military industry and so on.
