Zhejiang Dazhi Medicinal Capsule Co. Ltd. is a joint venture company. It is a specialized interprise that produce medicinal hard capsule fixed by Pharmaceutical Administration of Zhejiang Province.
The company is situated in the famous"Home of Pearl"------ Zhejiang Deqing Leidian Industry Area where the climate is pleasant, the environment is beautiful and the transport facilities are good. It is 30 kms away from Hangzhou city of Zhejiang province. It is also 30 kms away from the famous country scene spot-----Moganshan Mountain.
The company was invested 6.3 million US dollars altogether. The equipment and the capsule manufacturing technology are imported from TES company in Canada. In order that the producing process is under constant temperature, constant humidity and cleaning conditions, the center air conditioners are also imported from foreign country (USA). Now we have established strict quality guarantee system and quality control net. All the production areas were built according to GMP standard. The company was successively chosen as "Advanced Business of Foreign Investment" by the committee of Foreign Economy and Trade of Zhejiang Province. The company passed the ISO 9001: 2000 certificate of conformity of quality management system in 2002.
About 170 employees are working hard in Dazhi company. Among them, there are more than 40 engineers and technicians which have primary, secondary and senior technical titles. Major engineers and technicians were trained in Canada and Indonesia. In order to guarantee high quality of our production, all the operators must be strictly trained and must obtain certificate before going to their post.
We can produce 6 different capsules of size 00#, 0#, 1#, 2#, 3#, 4# which include different colors by using gelatin. We have advanced printing machines. The annual output of capsules is 25 hundred millions PCS. Our production was chosen as "High Quality Medicinal Production of Zhejiang Province".
