Packaging & Shipping

Packaging Methods

All of our tempered glass products are shipped in packed cartons, and each individual product is packaged in a blister box with printed cardboard interior, contents include:

D-M Guardz Tempered Glass (with PET back film) [1PC]

Microfiber Cloth [1PC]

Dirt Removal Sticker [1PC]

Alcohol Swab [1PC]

Protector Removal Card [1PC]

For orders excluding packaging (e. g. OEM services), products will be packed in special cartons for protection.

Shipping Methods

Delivery is conducted by DHL by default, and shipment is usually conducted immediately after payment. For quality issues caused by the shipping process, free replacement products will be provided.

Our Services

(1). Free samples can be provided upon request.

(2). MOQ is 50PCS for standard orders. For the 1st purchase from new customers, the minimum amount can be met by a combination of our many different products.

(3). OEM/ODM services are available from D-M guardz. Customized packaging and brand logo can be done by our in-house designers, with MOQ as low as 3000PCS.

(4). Customized models of our tempered glass can be arranged for purchase, as long as drawing schematics are provided by the customer. MOQ for such arrangements are open for negotiation.

(5). Should damages occur during shipment, replacement products will be provided free of charge.
