Our factory is a professional metal gift manufacturer. Our products are mainly made of zinc-alloy, aluminum alloy, brass, iron and stainless steel. Presently, our factory consists of product designing department, mold tooling department, die-casting department, stamping department, polishing department, assembling department, coloring department, epoxy coating department, packing department, and independent quality control department.
Now, we have production equipment as follows:
1) Mold tooling equipment: CNC die carving machines, 3D die carving machines, plane die carving machines, electric discharge machines, grinding machines, milling machines, lathes, drill presses, tapping machines and other machines.
2) Molding machines: 88T/138T/160T Zinc ally die casting machines, 160T/280T aluminum alloy die casting machines, 500T oil hydraulic press machines, 6~25T punching machines, some min-punching machines, mini-drill presses and automatic fine mini- punchers imported from Japan.
3) Other tooling equipments several polishing machines, hand drill presses, hand punching machines and electronic ovens.
