With effort of 126 highly skilled and dedicated employees through 3 years, DeYi has established an outstanding reputation as the supplier of GaAs wafers, InP wafers, SiC wafers for microelectronic and optoelectronic application.
Currently, DeYi output monthly is about 50, 000 pieces wafers. Most of them are 4 inch Si doped GaAs wafers in LED application. With competitive price and timely delivery DeYi already becomes the qualified vendor of the GaAs substrate to San an, Changelight, Huawei, these outstanding customers.
