Wuxi Turbine Blade Co., Ltd. Is a specialized manufacturer of turbine blades with modern production capability. Our company mainly produces various kinds of blades for turbine of power station, industrial turbine, gas turbine and large power generator. We introduced the blade manufacturing process and equipments from Westinghouse electric corporation of USA. At present, our company has the capability of producing 50, 000 pieces of turbine blades each year, and the coverage of large size turbine blades in domestic market is above 80%. Our company has become the center of producing turbine blades in China.

Our company is equipped with internationally first class forging apparatus including 11, 200 ton clutch-operated screw press, 4, 000 ton hydraulic screw press. We produce the precision forgings for steam turbine and for aerospace and aviation industry, automobile, internal-combustion engine. Our company is one of the bases to produce precision forgings made of normal alloy, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, superalloy, etc.

Our company has more than 30 years experience in producing precision castings made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy and superalloy. Our castings are widely used in petrol-chemical industry, power stations, textile industry and ship building industry, and are exported to USA, Germany, Singapore and Taiwan.
