In addition, Inspection Instruments such as, Photo Measuring Instrument, Three Coordinate Measuring Instrument, etc are used to ensure the products quality and processing reliability.
Implanter has developed a system of testing finished components for years' experience. Before being delivered to customers, all assemblies must be tested by professional precision test instruments, cleaned in UHV clean room (Class 1000 or better) and vacuum packaged individually for different materials under the requirements of ISO 9001.
