We have 12 senior engineers with an average of 3 - 5 years' experience. They can communicate with you directly in English on new product designs: One month is all we need to customize a sample for you. With their expertise, we can develop as many as 10 new items monthly, keeping us abreast with the latest market trends.
Our 2, 000-square-meter factory is equipped with four production lines and advanced machines such as double-wave welding machines, SMT equipment and computerized testing instruments. With this capability, our monthly output exceeds 200, 000 units, 90 percent of which is for export, benefiting over 60 customers worldwide.
We partner closely with about 100 suppliers for qualified material sourcing. We strictly inspect every incoming batch at least two times for mass production runs. Each production line is assigned with five inspectors, who always work carefully on each unit from IQC to FQC, ensuring all finished products are RoHS-compliant and CE-/FCC-certified. Thanks to their efforts, we have never received any rejected products.
